inspired by the gardening theme, and a tasting of
3 wines which highlight the dinner and the gardening
theme. David
Kolosta, our head gardener for over 14 years, shares
his love and knowledge of organic gardening in each
class. Eastside Chef/Owner, Elaine Martin,
creates fun and delicious dinners designed specifically
for each workshop, and Eastside Owner/Wine Nut,
Dorsey Barger, leads informative and fun discussions
of each wine she chooses for the class. |
